Sarah Card didn’t set out just to build businesses. She set out to build a life that meant something.

Like most business owners, her path wasn’t clean or clear. It was built under pressure, through responsibility, hard lessons, long days, and the constant weight of figuring things out as she went. Underneath all of it was a pull toward more, and she chose to follow it. That’s what shaped her into a leader.

Today, Sarah runs multiple companies with her brother, Jake, in construction and home services. She leads teams, builds systems, and delivers real work for real people. She understands what it takes to carry payroll, make tough decisions, and keep moving when things get heavy.

But what drives her is not just what gets built on the job site. It is what gets built in the people doing the work.

Because she knows what it feels like to be stuck.

Stuck between where you are and where you know you should be.

Stuck carrying the load while questioning if you have what it takes.

Stuck leading others while still trying to level up yourself.

Her perspective is not polished. It is earned through experience, pressure, and the moments no one sees.

Jake Grosswiler is a man of faith, a devoted husband, and the proud father of four amazing children. With over 26 years of experience in the construction industry, Jake has spent the last 15 years leading projects and companies with a hands on, boots on the ground approach. He brings a deep understanding of what it takes to build not just structures, but strong teams, businesses, and culture.

Passionate about leadership, growth, and doing things the right way, Jake is committed to developing people and delivering excellence in every project. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, supporting his kids in their pursuits, talking and building business, and spending time on the golf course.
